We asked

We asked for your honest feedback on the Engagement Panel: how the session was run, the usefulness of the materials provided beforehand, how well different perspectives were represented, and what practical outcomes or follow-up actions you’d like to see.

You said

You told us that the session format was generally effective and that the pre-reading materials helped set the scene. However, some of you felt there was uneven representation of viewpoints and that the pace was sometimes too quick. You asked for clearer follow-up actions, more opportunities for deeper discussion in future sessions, and better mechanisms for tracking how input leads to real change.

We did

In response to your feedback, we will implement the following improvements:

  • Format & pacing: We’ll balance discussion and presentation more evenly, allowing more time for deliberation and questions.

  • Representation: We’ll aim to invite a broader and more diverse range of participants and perspectives to ensure more balanced dialogue.

  • Pre-session materials: We will refine and streamline the pre-reading so it’s more engaging and digestible, with key points highlighted.

  • Follow-up & accountability: We commit to publishing a clear summary of actions arising from the panel, and to tracking progress against those actions. We’ll also offer optional check-in sessions or updates so participants can see how their feedback has been used.

Thank you to everyone who took part — your insights are critical to making our engagement processes more meaningful and responsive.

Overview

This is an example activity for demonstration purposes only. This site is operated by Delib Ltd and submitted responses will be discarded.

Thank you for taking part in the Engagement Panel and for agreeing to share your views. This questionnaire should take around 5 minutes and is designed to help us evaluate the session’s format, the usefulness of pre-reading, the balance of perspectives, and any practical follow-up actions that emerged.

Responses will be analysed by the events and evidence team and reported only in anonymised, aggregated form so no single response can be identified. We will publish a short summary of findings and any actions we will take in response. If you indicate that you are happy to be contacted for follow-up, we will only do so with your explicit consent, using the contact details you provide.
